Double Over Control from Standing, Harai-Goshi, Taking the Back from Front Headlock, Osotogari `
3 Part Lesson — Marcelo answers a wrestling problem with his judo background: [I] If you can't finish lower body, wrestling-style takedowns against your opponent, look to secure Double Overhooks and hit a hip toss, or as it is known in Judo circles, Harai-Goshi. [II] If the opponent manages to flail out off of your hitch and posts his hand to the mat, snap his head down into the Front Headlock Position and take his Back or the Crucifix. [III] If the opponent senses your intention to break his balance forward for the Harai, use his reel backwards against him and throw with O-Soto-Gari.
