2 Part Technique - When your opponent chooses a side to pass from the Double Stack, open up his triceps for the Elbow Push Escape by extending your legs onto his shoulders. If you can't push him away, let him pass around and quickly insert your nearside shin on his chest to kick him away. If he decides to attack your foot while blocking him, interfere with his hands and escape.
