1 Part Drill - Henrique has his students work on the Foot Wipe vs North South Guard Recovery. Starting from underneath in N/S, bump your partner to extend your arms and open up enough space for your head to escape and your shin to block his chest. Rather than finishing the recovery with a complete twist and your feet pushing him away, settle back down into the starting position and work your opposite side, alternating between left and right.
