Breaking Gi Grips vs Butterfly, Posture Escape vs Rubber Guard .
3 Part Technique - Sometimes your opponent is too strong to simply yank yourself free from his 2on1 Control, and pulling backward just isn't enough room to break his grip. This is an ideal time to whip out of his control by snapping a wave of energy from your shoulder out through your hand. Once this tactic is understood, it can be applied to many other scenarios in which your arm is captured. This can be used against overhooks, the Rubber Guard, and the Omoplata.
