Henrique and Batista demonstrate a cyclical drill wherein the top partner opens the Closed Guard, passes into Side Control, switches his base to attack for the Americana, and then transitions into the Farside Armbar when his opponent counters. He will then remain on his back, open his legs, and receive the partner into his Closed Guard so that he may copy the process without having to waste time resetting the position.
