Collar Grip Break from Standing, Armdrag, Kouchigake, Double Leg Takedown
2 Part Lesson — Marcelo teaches us one of his Go-To takedowns: [I] Always try to preemptively break off your opponent's grip before he has a chance to settle and harden his hold; use both hands on his wrist and/or sleeve to yank away his hand. Expect your opponent to answer back with his other hand -knock this away and setup a Double Leg Takedown with a combination Armdrag/Kouchigake. [II] If your opponent's stance is opposite of your planned attack, pull his sleeve and force him to step forward by circling back.
