Armbar from S-Mount
1 Part Lesson — Paul reveals the steps to toward an Armbar from S-Mount: [I] Against an opponent who is tightly defending his arms, grab a hold of his sleeve with both hands and shove his arm across his body to get behind his triceps with your chest. Brace your elbow beside his face as you drive your knee high to the same level as his head to turn perpendicular for the S-Mount. Cup behind his opposite arm to make room for your foot if necessary and also be sure to ratchet around the shoulder if you fall short of rotating ninety degrees.
